About the Business and the Role:

Our vibrant team work to produce a variety of solution across a variety of education, corporate and commercial environments and are seeking keen Sound, Lighting and AV operators to join our growing company to share our creativity and solutions with a broader range of clients.

We are driven to create quality outcomes and high customer satisfaction, not just the kind that creates happy customers, rather raving fans!

 

The Position:

You will be primarily working within our hire and production departments to provide expert AV services  including:

• Sound System Reinforcement

• Lighting Solutions

• AV Solutions
• Equipment Service Solutions

 

About You:

• You will be passionate about your trade.

• You will be focused on providing amazing experiences to customers and their clients.

• You will have strong customer service skills in both a face-to-face role and over the phone.

• You will be driven by quality outcomes, measured by customer satisfaction.

• You can 'talk the talk' and 'walk the walk' of educators respectfully, and can converse confidently on educational topics with teachers, etc.

• You will be skilled in working with a diverse range of clients, varying personalities, traits and leadership styles.

 

Important Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Fluent English Speaking is Essential)

• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel etc.

• Excellent Planning, Organisational and Time Management Skills

• Full NSW Driver’s License & Own Vehicle

• Own Mobile Phone
